A. Yes, they come with easy to follow instructions and you will
also get the tech support email address for support or to order
additional units.
Q. Can I order more than 1 converter?
A. 1st time customers can only purchase one Digital Converter.

you have received your 1st unit and you are completely satisfied,
you can order additional units.
Q. I don't want to order online. Can you take my order by phone?

Q. Are these converters digital?
A. Yes, they receive analog channels below 100 and all digital
channels through 999.
Q. Are these digital converters Plug & Play?
A. Yes. When you receive your converter it will be fully activated
to receive all channels within minutes of installation. Please

Q. Are these digital converters sold as-is?
A. Yes and No. Our Motorola DCT and Scientific Atlanta Explorer
converters come with a 15 day money back guarantee and a 6 month
replacement warranty. All guarantees and warranties are printed
below and a copy is sent with your converter.

Q. Will my converter come with accessories?
A. Yes. Every converter comes with a remote control, power cord,
and a 3 foot coaxial cable (RCA cables are included with all HD/DVR
converters). Also, included are simple plug and play hook-up instructions.
Q. I want to hook my HD digital converter to my HD ready TV and
need the RCA and S-Video cables. Can you supply these cables?
A. We only include the RCA cables with the HD/DVR converters.
These units also come with the owner's manual with easy set up
instructions if you are using other equipment like a home entertainment
system.
Q. Do I have to pay for the pay and premium channels I receive
using my personal digital converter?
A. Yes, it is the responsibility of all of our customers to notify
your cable company before ordering/installation.
Q. What if I want to watch free cable tv using one of your digital
converters?
A. Because we guarantee these converters to receive all cable
programming you must have authorization. Anyone who implies theft
of cable services will be denied their sale.
Q. I will not contact my cable company and plan to use your digital
cable converter to watch free cable tv including all premium channels.
A. If these are your intentions please do not order.
Q. How does the cable company know I have a privately owned cable
converter?
A. Cable Companies have no way to tell who is using privately
owned equipment. You will see below in our disclaimer it is the
user's responsibility to notify them.
Q. If they can't detect the use of these converters, why would I want
to let them know? They already charge too much as it is.
A. Because it's the law. Although you may own equipment that receives
all programming, including pay and premium channels, you must have
authorization to use it.
Q. Why would I want a privately owned 999 channel digital converter?
A. You can eliminate your monthly rental fees saving you up to
$120 per converter per year. (Example: If you have 3 rental converters
at a rental cost of $10 per month each, that's $360 per year in
rental fees you can save if you own your own equipment. Multiply
that by 10 years and you can save up to $3600!).

Q. How long does it take, after I submit my order, to receive
my converter?
A. It normally takes 7 to 10 working days. All orders are shipped
ground. We also have guaranteed 2 day air delivery for an additional
$15 shipping fee.
Q. How much are the converters if purchased outright?
A. The standard 999 Channel Motorola DCT or SA Explorer Converters
are $245. The HD/DVR converters are $345. Depending on how they
are shipped you will pay S&H fees also. We accept Credit/Debit
cards, Personal and Business checks, and C.O.D. There are additional
charges for C.O.D. deliveries. If you want to order the converter
at the regular retail price please email us for details.

Q. I don't want the hard core adult channels to be active/viewable
because we have teenagers in the house. Do these converters have
parental control?
A. Yes, all the converters have the parental channel lockout.
You can open or close any channel whether it be an analog or digital
channel.
6 MONTH WARRANTY
All cable converters are covered for a full 6 month replacement
warranty, from date of invoice, from manufacturing defects and
defects with workmanship. This warranty covers parts and labor.
If a digital cable converter cannot be repaired, it will be replaced
with a comparable digital cable converter at our discretion. No
warranty, either implied or expressed, covers the unit in the
event of cable operator system changes. This warranty does not
cover damage from power surges, accidental or intentional physical
damage, spilled liquids, misuse, unauthorized use, abuse, shipping
charges, or damage caused by non-authorized repair personnel,
or anything that is beyond our control.
Every Converter delivered has a written warranty
which is also your invoice. Please complete this form in the event
you request a refund or replacement unit. Your 15 day money back
and 6 month replacement warranty starts from the day you receive
your converter.

All cable descrambler boxes carry a money back guarantee.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the digital converter
you have purchased, just email us to obtain a return authorization
number and we can either repair or exchange the cable descrambler
box or issue a refund. All digital cable converters returned
for refund must be postmarked within 15 days from the date
of the invoice. We are not responsible for items returned to us
that are lost or damaged in the shipping process. Therefore
all returns should be sent with the appropriate insurance.
Return shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Please
allow up to 1 week from the date we receive your return to
process of all refunds. However, our actual shipping and handling
fees are non-refundable. Shipping and handling fees are actual
costs and are not refundable. Any digital cable converter returned
for replacement must be received before any digital cable
converter can be shipped. After we receive the digital cable
converter the replacement will be sent out within 2-5 business
days ( subject to availability ). All exchanges are sent ground
unless otherwise specified. Allow 2-5 days for shipping replacements.
Any unauthorized use, tampering, either internal or external,
will void all warranties associated with the purchase of your
digital cable converter.
REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS
Refunds/Cancellations are made in the same manner of payment as
they were submitted (Debit/Credit Cards or Money Order) following
the return of the unit. The amount refunded is full price of the
unit
minus our shipping and handling costs. Refunds are submitted as
soon as possible, but please allow up to 15 working days for processing.
There may be additional charges if the unit is not in like new
condition or if there are parts missing. Please keep your unit
in excellent condition in case a return is necessary. If at any
time you cancel your order for any reason you may be charged up
to a 20% cancellation fee (restocking fee). It is your responsibility
to confirm the make/model before ordering and abide by our disclaimer
below.

Every order comes with a written warranty. Please complete
your warranty info and keep the document in a safe place in the
event you request a refund, upgrade, or replacement.
RETURNS/RMA#
You must obtain a Return Authorization number (RMA) before any
product can be returned. Please contact technical support via ftad123@yahoo.com for authorization. Merchandise must be in "like
new and unused condition", with all accessories, manuals,
boxes, cables, and original manuals. We will give you an RMA#
to return your unit. Additional charges will be assessed for damaged
returns. Merchandise that comes back with handwriting on it (or
it's box) is considered "damaged". Once the seal has
been broken on return items, a 20% re-stocking fee may be applied
plus shipping charges. The customer is responsible for shipping
costs on returned units. Please be sure to include a note explaining
your exact problem. Be as specific as possible. All items must
be shipped/returned fully insured and to the address printed on
the original shipping label. INP will only accept returns from
UPS, Fed Ex, DHL or they will not be accepted. Any Postal (USPS)
will be refused.
Most technical problems can be solved by contacting customer
support.
By ordering via Internet, mail, or phone you are agreeing to these
